Shipping Policy

Items will be sent within 7-14 business days of the inquiry being received. I believe in transparent customer service, therefore some orders are on hand and it also true as items sell out some will be made to order. Your order is guaranteed to come!

Exchanges

If the fit is not satisfactory, it will be our pleasure to assist with a more desirable size. For all requested exchanges, the item must be in good condition and shipped back to Empowerment Apparel 531 within 21 days of you receiving the item. Good condition is defined as no stains or holes. Once the item is received back, then the new item will be provided. To send request email empowermentapparel531@gmail.com.

Returns

We always hope that the material is satisfactory and the message is purposeful. However, at a time where the item is needed to be returned for any reason, then a refund will be issued within 7 days of receiving the item back in good condition. Good condition is defined as no stains or holes. Send an email within 14 days of receiving the item to empowermentapparel531@gmail.com with your request for a refund, date received, the amount, your name and item number. The item must be shipped within 14 days of receiving it to receive a refund. If the item is not shipped within 14 days of receiving the order, then a credit will be applied to your invoice for future purchases. All masks are final sale and no returns are accepted to remain sanitary.
